To open an account with Chatki, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false or incomplete details will be cancelled and the associated balance may be forfeited.

• You must provide your real name, date of birth, phone number, and email address when registering.
• A copy of your National ID card or passport may be requested for KYC verification.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• Sharing or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact Chatki Support immediately.
• Any third party who manages an account on behalf of a minor (under 18) will also be held liable.
